Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are always committed to protecting any personal information collected during an in store visit or during your visit to our website. This information is only used to improve your Jackson’s Music experience and will never be sold. Jackson’s Music uses the most up to date security procedures for any online or in store transactions.


Return Policy

Returns are always at the store manager’s discretion and will not be considered without the original sales receipt or after 14 days. Returns are not allowed on used and clearance gear, music, software, computer interfaces, CDs, DVDs, vacuum tubes, and items that have come in contact with a person’s mouth ie. microphones, mouthpieces, reeds, harmonicas, etc. Items returned with damaged or missing packaging are subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% or disqualification of return. In every instance, Jackson’s Music Store will be fair in determining the outcome of the return.


Check/Charge Card Acceptance Policy

Jackson’s Music Store requires a copy of the check or charge card presenter’s drivers license on transactions equal to or greater than $50.00. Jackson’s Music does not accept third party transactions. This policy protects you and Jackson’s Music.


Instrument Repair Policy

Jackson’s Music Store makes every effort to repair your instrument in a timely and careful manner. We ask that you be timely in picking up your instrument after notification of your repair completion. Instruments left longer than 90 days from the date the instrument was left with Jackson’s Music will be sold unless other arrangements have been made with the store.



Jackson’s Music Store reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.
