Age kindergarten and up.  Any level from beginner to advanced.

Rate:
$100 per month for one 30 minute lesson per week / $180 per month for one 60 minute lesson per week.

Education:
Bachelor of Music in Music Composition from Jacksonville University, Florida (studied Composition with William Schirmer and Piano with Eugene Hudson).  Master of Music in Film Music Composition from UNCSA (studied with David McHugh).

Honors & Awards:

  • Composer of over 100 works.  Commissioned to write new music for various anniversary celebrations (NC Baptist Music & Worship’s 50th
  • Anniversary,  Winston-Salem Piano Teachers’ Association’s 60th Anniversary) as well as new works for the Winston-Salem Youth Chorus and other groups. Laureate-in-Residence for the Delius Composition Competition (twice).  Works locally as a community theatre music director, free-lance performer, and directs a music ministry at a local Church.
